Return Policy

PLEASE NOTE:Moist gladly accepts returns of merchandise in the following condition: unwashed, unworn, with tags attached, within 14 days after delivery for a refund (minus the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee). Items purchased online may be exchanged or issued store credit within 14 days of delivery.
Free shipping is only available on an original transactions of over or equal to $99.00. Free shipping WILL NOT be applicable if you are coming off a return and are using store credit to pay. All sales of accessories and items marked as sale are final and cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Returning online orders:

2) Send your return to us via the carrier of your choice. Remember  that  a pre-paid shipping label must be included with your return.

Its our recommendation  that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Moist is not responsible for any packages or returns not received. Returns and exchanges must be returned prepaid; we cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.The buyer incurs shipping charges unless the item(s) is defective or wrong item(s) have been shipped. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, your return shipping cost will be credited back to the same form as the original payment method. Please attach the Return Shipping Receipt along with the Return form. The shipping credit amount is subject to the following condition: If UPS ground, FedEx ground, DHL ground or USPS Priority mail is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If overnight, 2 day, or 3-day service is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you, not the actual amount spent. If Return Shipping Receipt is not attached, shipping cost will not be credited.

3) Please allow 14 business days of processing time after the items have been received and inspected.

      Refunds will only be credited to the original payment method used.

  Please note that all credit card order returns will be refunded to the credit card used for the original purchase.

     All refused shipments will be charged double the shipping fee to cover   transportation costs both ways. This amount

     will not be refunded to your credit card.

You can exchange online purchases at store location. Your original invoice must be presented at the time of exchange. We are currently unable to process refunds at the stores for any online purchases. For refunds of online-purchased merchandise, you must send by mail to the address provided above.

You can return store purchases for exchange or store credit by mail within 7 days of original purchase. 

1) Email a copy of the receipt and exchange request

2)  Send the item(s) together with the original receipt, a pre-paid shipping label.

3) Once the returned item(s) is received and meets our exchange policy, a coupon code will be emailed towards future online purchases. Simply input the issued code upon check-out.
